Toys' donation
SHARE A TOY, GIVE JOY Project
American Chatter Box in Fukuoka, Japan headed by Ms. Reiko Shimoda donated toys to the children in the Philippines specifically to Agape House. These toys were from the students in this school. A total of 80 toys were donated.
Last April 1st, Rochan went to the Philippines with her husband for a vacation. So they decided to bring the toys.
Agape House adopted eight (8) slum areas in the City of Mati, Davao Oriental. It has a total of 650 kids . One of the slum areas was chosen as the recipient for the toys. On April 3rd at 16:00, 80 kids gathered at the venue for the gift giving. Before the distribution, there was singing of songs.
After giving the toys, snacks were also given to the children. They were so excited to open their gifts.
