After a quick run in the park the kids came back indoors for an exciting STEAM lesson of light and optics. This week's topic is Reflection, and we looked at a few different materials and how they react when you shine at light at them. Afterwards we played a game to see how far we could reflect a beam of light.
The small kids, meanwhile, went outside to explore nature and spent some time in the park where they found many insects and flowers of different colors.
Lunch was fried chicken with rice noodles and bamboo! It was a very cooling dish for a rather hot day.
After Kid-Fit our Ladybug and Butterfly3 class went for their Reggio lesson where they reviewed how drains work, before learning about how plants use water and where the water goes after they had watered the plants.
